          From time to time Great Stuff Convention Bags, inc. receives calls from vendors who would like exhibit information concerning events we have listed. If you would like to make your information available to these vendors, just include your exhibit registration information when you send us your contract and we'll forward it on to vendors requesting it as part of our service to you.

For the 2007 stuffing season

          We've already received inquiries from vendors who want to be in the bags we stuff in 2007. We send out an early bird mailer to our vendors.  

          Sign up before December 1, 2006 and we will include your event in our first early bird vendor mailing.   Being on this list will greatly increase your chances of having a higher vendor count in your bags, which increases the size of your check.  

          You just can't lose by sending in your contract early!  

          Even if you only have a tentative date for your event, put it down. Indicate that it is a tentative date, and call, fax or e-mail us by January 31, 2007 to verify the date.
